Assists with the executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote NJRHS products and services, coordinates various marketing activities, manages project timelines, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives and specific project needs.Major Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities. Support the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies. Produce marketing communication materials including flyers, brochures, and printed/digital media. Build and maintain content calendars to attract customers and prospects to our social platforms; manage website content, blogs and all SEO activities with creating engaging, relevant posts. Serve as social media expert by overseeing social media profiles and presence for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including paid ads;stay current on changes to ensure maximum effectiveness and guide content direction. Engage in relevant social discussions about company products and services.Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns, and assist with the creation of monthly marketing dashboards. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Create and schedule email campaigns using platforms like Constant Contact and Hubspot); analyze and present updates as needed. Updates and maintains marketing materials and templates in accordance with annual marketing strategy. Assist with photo/video shoots, commercial production, and visual media projects. Assist with organizing and attending marketing and social responsibility events, such as trade shows, conferences, and community events. Maintain marketing databases and assist in CRM management. Ensure all marketing activities align with annual KPIs and corporate strategies. The above job description is reflective of the primary duties of this position and in no way limits the supervisor from assigning any other duties, responsibilities or initiatives as deemed necessary.Position Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Administration Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Google Suite. Exceptional written and verbal communication, proofreading, copy-editing, and presentation skills. Ability to operate well in a fast-paced environment while successfully managing and executing multiple projects on time, working sometimes under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Excellent attention to detail, self motivated, organized and a team player with a positive, can-do attitude and collaborative approach. Experience with Hubspot CRM and Constant Contact email campaigns preferred. Experience supporting marketing strategies by proactively managing and completing projects is preferred. Proficiency in WordPress website management, including content updates and SEO optimization to drive traffic and enhance user experience is preferred. Proficiency in video production/editing software and the ability to conceptualize, storyboard, shoot, and edit compelling video content to enhance marketing campaigns and create content for social media is preferred.
