Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Provide accurate information and solutions in response to customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints.

Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring proper follow-ups as needed.

Work collaboratively with team members or other departments to resolve customer issues quickly.

Consistently meet or exceed service benchmarks, including call time, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and protocols.

Comfort working under pressure in a deadline-driven setting.

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
