Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $57 - $57 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Sales Manager:

Manage and grow sales of TPMS and tire repair supply products across assigned channels

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets

Identify and cultivate relationships with national auto parts retailers, distributors, tire service shops, and automotive repair centers

Drive business development efforts to expand product reach in the mid-tier market

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to promote TPMS product line

Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive products to provide feedback to internal teams

Regularly travel to visit customers and attend industry events, trade shows, or meetings

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline reviews for senior leadership

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

Proven experience in sales management and business development, ideally in the tire repair consumables or automotive aftermarket industry

Strong understanding of TPMS systems and tire repair supply channels

Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships effectively

History of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Experience with companies such as Bartec USA, Schrader TPMS Solutions, ATEQ, Myers Tire Supply, or Autel TPMS is a plus but not required

Ability and willingness to travel frequently

Background check and drug screening required
