Job Title: Parts Clerk
Job Description
Maintain the parts room in an orderly manner, process inventory, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Check in orders and place new orders as needed. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook for inventory management, and learn and use other computer systems with provided training. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Pull incoming maintenance parts including smaller bolts, screws, machine parts, motors, etc.
Complete paperwork and update inventory spreadsheets on the computer.
Keep the parts room clean and organized.
Lift up to 50lbs.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Ability to learn and adapt to new computer systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of computer usage.
Entry-level position requiring attention to detail and reliability.
