We're currently looking to add a Finish Painter to our team on 2nd Shift. We offer starting pay up to $28 per hour $2.50 Shift Differential and a $1000 Retention Bonus.Responsibilities:Set up and operate painting equipment to paint truck bodies or parts.Assist with continuous process improvement and lean initiatives by following process flow, remaining flexible to complete tasks as part of the team, maintaining a clean work environment and offering suggestions for improvements.Qualifications:Two year's education or equivalent knowledge in automotive or industrial painting.Ability to manually move product and material up to 50 pounds through regular heavy physical exertion, including but not limited to: lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and bending.
