Responsibilities Under general supervision, performs routine and recurring assignments in the delivery of Information Technology customer support services. Participates in the planning and delivery of a full range of Information Technology customer support services to the organization. Identifies and resolves issues and problems. Prepares and updates manuals, instructions, and operating procedures. Provides information and assistance to customers including system hardware/software installations, configuration, upgrade and troubleshooting. Presents formal and informal training to customers. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Work experience, education, and/or specialized intensive training sufficient to demonstrate Information Technology (IT) knowledge and skill in: 1. Installing, configuring, upgrading and troubleshooting hardware and software components. 3. Presenting formal and informal training and assistance to customers. 4. Reporting, responding to, and resolving customer requests. Pay-Band (NF) Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
