Onsite are roles that have specific onsite requirements and are typically onsite daily.
Hybrid fixed are roles that are a blend of onsite work/in-person interactions with some ability to work remotely and require employees to live within a commutable distance and be onsite fixed days each week.
Hybrid flexible are roles that can be performed remotely but require some level of onsite work/in-person interactions on a regular basis, require employees to live within a commutable distance and, since business needs vary by position and may change over time, managers will set expectations and flexibility regarding where and when work is performed.
Fully remote are roles that can be performed remotely, require employees to live in approved states and will have purpose-driven in-person interactions on occasion.

Job Summary
As a Senior Program Support Analyst at PSEG Long Island, you would support the transportation electrification program and will primarily be focused on collaborating with multiple departments and outside organizations to promote programs offered by PSEG Long Island's Transportation Electrification team. The Senior Program Support Analyst would work closely with the Transportation Electrification Manager to understand the goals that the team is aiming to achieve to support electric vehicle charging infrastructure on Long Island. Analyze hourly electric vehicle charging data to determine the impact on electric grid and consider methods to mitigate such impact.
Job Responsibilities
Demonstrate the ability to gather, interpret and use complex data from diverse sources to identify data driven improvement opportunities and develop actionable steps. Lead or support process improvement initiatives based on scorecard gaps and monitoring assessments
Enroll contractors in PSEG Long Island's EV Partner Program who can promote their services to install electric vehicle charging stations to customers
Provide program implementation and analytical support for transportation electrification programs
Promote programs to customers and follow up on potential leads provided by internal departments for those potential leads to participate in our transportation electrification programs
Support the primary lead on the annual Utility 2.0 filing and regulatory filings
Leverage external stakeholders to promote PSEG Long Island's EV programs as an extension of the Transportation Electrification team
Job Specific Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree and 5 years of analyst experience preferably in one or more of the areas of marketing, finance, business, electric vehicles, energy efficiency, beneficial electrification, or renewable energy related industries or programs
In lieu of a degree, 9 years of analyst experience preferably in one or more of the areas of marketing, finance, business, electric vehicles, energy efficiency, beneficial electrification, or renewable energy related industries or programs
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships
Demonstrated data analytic skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
Ability to manage multiple tasks and project simultaneously
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and build effective relationships with peers and both internal and external stakeholders
Proficient with Microsoft suite of programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Valid U.S. driver's license
