Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in East Liverpool, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic work environment while providing essential administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information.

Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client needs and resolving issues promptly.

Perform precise data entry to maintain and update records and databases.

Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses to internal and external communications.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events effectively.

Prepare documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Organize and maintain files to ensure easy access to important information.

Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.

Assist in creating reports and presentations to support business operations.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and communication. Requirements - Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage phone calls professionally and efficiently.

Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.

Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with scheduling and coordinating appointments.
