Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be part of the administrative support team, providing essential assistance to department managers and their staff. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: Competitive based on experience

What's the Job?

Provide administrative support to one or two department managers and their teams.

Perform word processing and editing of existing documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Input and manage information in existing templates and databases.

Maintain database upkeep to ensure all records are current and accessible.

Work under moderate to minimal supervision to complete tasks efficiently.

What's Needed?

Previous clerical experience is necessary to excel in this role.

Proficiency in two to three vendor software programs is required.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work output.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and managers.
