Description

We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Woodbridge, New Jersey area. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to daily office operations while ensuring smooth administrative processes. The role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing excellent support in a detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and clients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming experience.

Manage daily office operations, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.

Ensure the kitchen is stocked and maintained for staff convenience.

Handle outgoing mail, including the preparation and mailing of invoices.

Provide administrative support to the accounting team, such as assisting with invoices.

Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks to support office functions.

Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Respond to incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries or redirecting as necessary.

Collaborate with team members on various administrative tasks to ensure efficiency.

Requirements - Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to manage inbound and outbound communications effectively.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Skilled in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for email correspondence and client interactions.
