Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and facilitate effective communication between English and non-English speaking clients, partners, or staff. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Arabic, Spanish or French and have excellent administrative and customer service skills.

Provide general administrative support including answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Maintain and organize files, both digital and physical.

Assist with data entry, database updates, and report generation.

Support office staff in day-to-day tasks and special projects.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

Bilingual in English and Arabic, Spanish of French

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Familiarity with office equipment (copiers, fax machines, scanners, etc.).
