Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team on behalf of our client in Warwick, Rhode Island. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations and requires a proactive, organized individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, excel at multitasking, and demonstrate reliability and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage multiple calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Perform accurate billing and data entry tasks, ensuring timely and efficient processing.

Use Microsoft Excel to create, update, and maintain spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.

Handle administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, organizing files, and managing office supplies.

Utilize Oracle software to support business operations and maintain accurate records.

Manage email communications and scheduling through Microsoft Outlook.

Prepare reports and presentations as needed, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Support additional projects and tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or executive support roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook for data management and communication.

Familiarity with Oracle software and its applications.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.

Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach.

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
