Job Details Oncology Care Nurse Manager Responsibilities: Daily clinical operations of the Oncology Care unit Mentor, supervise, and evaluate the team to reach their full potential and inspire continual professional growth Participate in managing budgets, resource allocation, scheduling, and staffing Analyze quality metrics and implement improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Address staff concerns and promote positive employee relations. Manage staff schedules, including vacation and sick leave, to ensure adequate coverage on the unit. Develop and implement staff education programs to maintain clinical competency and stay updated on surgical nursing best practices. QUALIFICATIONS: Passion for Medical/Surgical Nursing 3-5 Years of working experience in Medical/Surgical Nursing Previous leadership experience Regulatory knowledge Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree preferred Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Salary Range USD $134,000.00 - USD $168,000.00 /Yr.
