A Construction Project Coordinator has a wide variety of responsibilities that revolve around the efficient organization and execution of construction projects. These include:

Project Planning and Scheduling

Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones.

Monitor project progression and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate unexpected delays or changes.

Coordination and Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients.

Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.

Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items to keep everyone informed and on task.

Budget Management

Assist in preparing and managing project budgets.

Track expenses and compare them against budget limits to ensure financial control.

Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs and resources.

Quality Assurance
