Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting critical redevelopment initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a keen focus on safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Niagara Falls, NY

Pay Range: $43.03

Shift: Days (07:00-4:00)

What's the Job?

Lead a major brownfield redevelopment project involving demolition and new construction.

Manage all phases of the project lifecycle with a strong emphasis on onsite safety and regulatory compliance.

Oversee budget management and contractor coordination to ensure project deliverables are met.

Bridge the gap between project deliverables and stakeholder expectations through effective communication.

Support the delivery, installation, and commissioning of critical equipment for the new facility.

Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.

Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
