Length - 2 years

Pay: up to 36/hr.

Schedule - M-F 40 hours per week

Location - Titusville, NJ- hybrid

What's a typical day like? You'll be:

Interview key stakeholders in Trade Operations, Trade Distribution, and Channel Operations to gather input on categories of inquiries currently received

Create a log of inquiries to analyze trends and identify training opportunities within field sales, brand, account management, or customers

Set up escalation and resolution processes

This job might be an outstanding fit for those who:

Associate's degree Required

3-5 years of related experience highly preferred

Must be able to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detailed oriented with strong organization skills.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills needed.
