Description We are looking for a meticulous Sales Assistant to join our team in Wellford, South Carolina. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for growth in the manufacturing industry. As a key support role within the sales department, you will contribute to the success of our operations by managing daily administrative tasks and assisting with customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules and organizing documentation.

Assist in processing orders and tracking sales data using CRM systems.

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a thoughtful and attentive manner.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Utilize tools such as ADP, Concur, and Crystal Reports for financial and operational tasks.

Participate in cash handling and activity reconciliation processes.

Support the buying process by gathering and analyzing relevant data.

Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in all reporting systems.

Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements - Proficiency in CRM software and data processing tools.

Familiarity with ADP and Concur systems for financial tasks.

Experience with Crystal Reports for generating and analyzing data.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage cash handling and related activities.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Previous experience in a sales or administrative support role preferred.
