General Labor Assistant - Short-Term Assignment (July 1,2 & 5)

Hours: 8am to 5pm

Location: Bayonne, NJ

Adecco is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labor Assistant for a short-term, 1-3 day assignment in the Bayonne, NJ area. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to pick up quick seasonal work and contribute to a fast-paced event support team.

Job Overview:

You'll assist in the logistics and preparation of production equipment for upcoming events. This role is hands-on and physical , requiring the ability to lift and move gear safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks with event production equipment

Move, sort, and organize items within on-site storage containers

Help prep and stage equipment for upcoming event deployment

Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow team direction

Requirements:

Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment (50+ lbs)

Comfortable working in outdoor and container storage settings

Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player

Must be available both July 1,2 & July 5

Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

Important Notes:

This is a temporary, non-permanent position

No fireworks or explosives are handled at this location

This assignment supports the event production season only

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
