Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a team in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records and documentation.

Coordinate schedules and appointments to optimize team productivity.

Handle E-Mail correspondence professionally, ensuring timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to create documents and presentations.

Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance overall efficiency.

Maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy access to important information.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.

Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and processes.

Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience handling customer service and email correspondence.

Familiarity with scheduling and calendar management.
