Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hillsboro Beach, Florida. This is a part-time, contract position with flexible hours, requiring 25-30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will support administrative operations, assist with human resources tasks, and manage various office duties efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the office.

Assist with preparing and maintaining documents, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Manage schedules, appointments, and communications to support team members.

Handle tasks related to human resources, including benefits coordination and employee records management.

Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.

Respond to inquiries and provide excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishments as needed.

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for document creation and data management.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Familiarity with basic human resources functions is a plus.
