Job Title: Manufacturing LeadJob Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee our Powder Coating operations. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring that the line operates efficiently, safely, and delivers high-quality coated products on schedule. The Manufacturing Supervisor will be instrumental in enhancing key performance indicators while promoting lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

Oversee the powder coating operations to ensure efficiency and safety.

Deliver high-quality coated products within scheduled timelines.

Enhance key performance indicators and promote lean manufacturing principles.

Supervise and maintain powder coat/paint lines for optimal quality and performance.

Build and lead a collaborative and engaged team.

Essential Skills

Supervision

Production supervision

Manufacturing process

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Powder Coating Tech experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in the production and maintenance of powder coat/paint lines

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred

A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience with a degree, or 3+ years of leadership experience in powder coat/paint operations, or 5+ years of supervisory experience without a degree

Work Environment

The role operates within a manufacturing shop floor and office setting. The environment is dynamic and requires flexibility in managing both hands-on tasks and administrative duties.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
