In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and testing mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical instrumentation to ensure accurate and reliable operation.perform electro-mechanical assembly work for all of our product lines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and resolve issues with sensors, detectors, thermocouples, PCA boards, controller programming, and system controls.

Develop and follow detailed test procedures, including test @types, cycles, conditions, and duration.

Coordinate and participate in installing units or systems for testing, ensuring proper connections of valves, pumps, hydraulic, mechanical, or electrical controls, cabling, tubing, power sources, and indicating instruments.

Activate controls to apply electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical power and guide the test item through each step of the test cycle.

Monitor controls and instruments, and accurately record test data.

Make necessary minor adjustments to the test item before shipment.

Perform regular calibration of instruments to ensure accuracy.

Assess the need for repairs and, when necessary, perform repairs on test items.

Utilize downtime or test time to work on subassemblies or build instruments as needed.

Perform all work in accordance with approved manuals and follow all policies and safety guidelines.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Hours over 40 per week and some weekend work can be expected from time to time.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school; or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation

Employee Type: Hourly

Salary Minimum: $55,000

Salary Maximum: $65,000

Incentive: 1289
