Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a high level of discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.

Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.

Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $40.00/hr.
