Qualifications:
-Three years of full-time gathering information, interviewing, or counseling. Direct social work, customer service.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in using learning management systems and training software.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in a related field.
Professional certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training delivery.
Knowledge of state or government workforce policies and procedures.
Working Conditions:
This position requires occasional travel to various locations within the primary location to conduct outreach.
