This essential role ensures the smooth operation and maintenance of our production equipment and facilities, contributing to our commitment to excellence in industrial products and services. Job Description A Maintenance Technician is responsible for the following duties: Preventative Maintenance: Plan, execute, and oversee preventative maintenance on production equipment and facilities. Repair Work: Conduct essential repairs on production equipment to maintain optimal performance. Maintenance Documentation: Document maintenance activities, including date, time, and specific details, for precise tracking and reporting. Facility Upkeep: Maintain the premises, including yard maintenance and snow removal, to ensure a safe and clean environment. Safe Equipment Operation: Operate equipment safely in compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. Compensation: The starting pay range for this position is $20-$24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.
