About the role:
Liquid IV is seeking an experienced and strategic Order to Cash Senior Finance Manager to lead the setup and operations of our Order to Cash processes as we embark on insourcing customers from our broker, Emerson. This role will be responsible for leading the newly formed Order to Cash team of 10 team members overseeing Accounts Receivable, Credit, Deductions and Controls.
Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:
Lead the setup and implementation of the Order to Cash process for insourcing customers from our broker, Emerson.
Develop and optimize end-to-end Order to Cash workflows, including customer onboarding, credit, pricing, invoicing, collections, deductions management, returns.
Stabilize the technology backbone for Order to Cash in partnership with the IT team
Establish and enforce pricing, discount, and credit policies in collaboration with Sales teams.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the 10 member strong Order to Cash team.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer deductions, disputes, and credit issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Monitor key Order to Cash KPIs and metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
At least 7+ years work experience in Finance, including proven experience in Order to Cash management, preferably in a leadership role within a consumer goods or retail environment.
Strong understanding of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) concepts and strategies.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement Order to Cash processes, including customer segmentation, pricing strategies, and credit policies.
Experience with ERP systems (preferably D365) and Trade Promotion Management software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving process improvements and achieving operational excellence.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

The compensation band for this position is $123,000 - $184,600 annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
