Job Title: Warehouse Picker (2nd Shift)

Job Description

A committed Warehouse Picker for the 2nd shift is required to join our team. Your responsibilities will include sorting boxes and arranging them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators. You will be engaged in picking and packing products of various sizes, ranging from handheld boxes to thousand-pound machine parts, for which you will use a lift. You will also utilize an RF scanner and be responsible for loading and unloading semi-trailers with completed pallets.

Responsibilities

Sort boxes and arrange them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators.

Pick and pack products of varying sizes using lifting equipment.

Utilize an RF scanner to manage inventory.

Load and unload semi-trailers with completed pallets.

Essential Skills

Experience in picking and packing products.

Proficient in using RF scanners.

Ability to load and unload semi-trailers.

Experience operating lifting equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

3-6 months of warehouse experience.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Able to work mandatory overtime.

Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position in Davenport, Iowa, operating within a large, open facility that serves as a parts distribution center. We are a diverse team from various backgrounds, working in an inclusive environment focused on quality. Our performance is measured by quality standards, emphasizing a high attention to detail. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 3pm to 1:30am, with overtime expected until 2am and occasional Saturdays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of DAVENPORT, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
