Job Title: Forklift Operator $19/HR

Location: Eldridge, Iowa

Shift: First Shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

Operate a sit-down forklift for 20%-50% of the workday.

Consistently lift up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 75 lbs.

Accurately pack chemicals and apply proper labeling.

Stage, wrap, and prepare products for shipment.

Load and unload 5-10 trailers daily.

Rotate and manage raw material inventory.

Adhere strictly to OSHA, ISO, and internal safety protocols.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of forklift experience.

Proficient in sit-down forklift operation.

Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.

Experience in production, shipping, and material handling.

Strong attention to detail, especially in labeling and packaging.

Work Environment

Clean, well-lit, and organized warehouse setting.

Supplies chemicals to steel manufacturers.

Tight-knit team of ~20 employees with a collaborative, multi-tasking culture.

Safety is a top priority, especially in confined spaces.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
