About the Role:

We are seeking a Financial Services Representative to join our busy specialty medical practice. This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting patients with their financial responsibilities and coordinating billing processes between patients, insurance companies, and legal offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with patients regarding account balances via phone and written correspondence

Prepare surgical cost estimates and set up patient payment plans

Process credit card payments and manage billing inquiries

Collaborate with attorney offices to resolve patient accounts

Review and manage delinquency reports and refer accounts to collections

Monitor and respond to bankruptcy notices

Contact insurance companies to verify and resolve claims

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in financial services, claims, and billing

Strong understanding of medical terminology

Proficiency with insurance plans (HMO, PPO, etc.) and payment processes

Familiarity with OSHA, HIPAA, and Medicare guidelines

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
