??What You'll Do

?? Assemble electrical & mechanical components into high-quality finished products.

?? Read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, and ECOs with precision.

?? Use hand tools, torque wrenches, and soldering equipment daily.

?? Perform electronic testing and quality inspections.

?? Operate computer systems for tracking and testing.

?? Apply adhesives and chemicals safely and effectively.

?? Lift up to 40 lbs and adapt to various production processes.

?What You Bring

Skilled with hand tools, soldering, and wiring.

Comfortable reading schematics and blueprints.

Experience with PCB or small-part assembly.

IPC/J-STD certification? That's a big plus!

High school diploma preferred.

Some areas may have a strong epoxy smell-smocks provided for comfort.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
