Admin/Clerical Assistant

Location: Scotts Valley

Pay Rate: $23-$25 per hour

Duration: Starting next Wednesday to the end of July

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative/Clerical Assistant to join our team temporarily to cover a leave. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Scanning documents and organizing digital files

Filing paperwork efficiently

Handling outgoing and incoming mailing duties

Assisting with various clerical and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in basic computer applications

Excellent communication skills

Ability to multitask and work independently
