Customer Service Representative

Monday to Friday $20 an hour

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers by answering product and service inquiries, processing returns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve order issues and customer complaints.

Communicate with customers via phone and email.

Track and schedule return orders.

Maintain accurate call records and issue credit memos.

Update customer information and manage email distribution lists.

Support internal teams with order and product information.

Minimum Qualifications:

6+ months of customer service or related experience.

Strong phone and computer multitasking skills.

Experience with returns (RMA), Microsoft Office, and multi-line phone systems.

Excellent communication, typing (40+ WPM), and data entry skills.

Ability to work an 8-hour shift at a computer.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of the health food industry.

Familiarity with shipping carriers and LTL shipments.

Bilingual in English and Spanish.
