Overview
The Data Science & Analytics Team at Razorfish extracts insights from complex and unstructured data to drive strategic decisions and optimize advertising campaigns. By applying statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics, data scientists analyze customer behavior, segment audiences, and identify patterns that can inform creative strategies. This can result in more personalized ad targeting, higher return on investment, and the ability to forecast market trends. Furthermore, this team plays a pivotal role in attribution modeling, ensuring that each touchpoint in a consumer's journey is properly credited for its impact on the conversion.
Responsibilities
Serve as a key client contact, alongside project managers and account, to build strong relationships through proactive communication, strategic consultation, timely delivery of insights, and effective management of expectations around questions and ad hoc requests.
Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day site analytics needs, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across site analytics and the broader marketing ecosystem.
Deliver regular reporting and insights, translating complex data into clear and compelling narratives that drive actionable strategies for clients
Present detailed analyses and insights to clients in both formal and conversational formats, demonstrating both technical expertise and exceptional communication skills.
Act as a liaison between the website analytics and other marketing channels, including paid media and CRM, to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing strategies and reporting narratives.
Possibly manage one technically inclined analyst, fostering professional development through mentorship and guidance.
Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of site analytics; experience with Adobe Analytics/GA4 or similar required.
Strong proficiency in data analysis with Excel; familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
Proven experience in an agency setting, with a focus on client management and cross-departmental collaboration.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to maintain a calm demeanor and solutions-oriented attitude in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Ability to handle client management responsibilities and efficiently manage requests from internal stakeholders

Compensation Range: $110,580 - $158,865 per year . This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
