Description We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing to lead and elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive consumer engagement, optimize digital strategies, and oversee marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. Based in New Orleans, Louisiana, this position offers the opportunity to work with a passionate team and contribute to the growth of a globally recognized brand.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.

Oversee social media activities, ensuring effective consumer engagement and monetization of digital platforms.

Collaborate with the eCommerce Director to optimize paid advertising campaigns and website conversions.

Lead product launches and manage marketing presentations for major retail partners.

Establish partnerships with influencers and key collaborators to expand the brand reach.

Analyze marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to inform data-driven decisions.

Direct content creation efforts, ensuring alignment with brand identity and consumer expectations.

Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution and ROI optimization.

Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Coordinate annual meetings and other key events to align strategies with organizational goals. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years focused on baby products.

Proficiency in digital tools such as Google AdWords, Facebook Insights, and CRM systems.

Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and collateral management.

Demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.

Experience in analyzing data using tools like Google Analytics to inform marketing strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Proven track record in building and leading teams, fostering a results-oriented culture.
