Our agency client is looking for two Account Managers in a freelance capacity. High-level details: -Total Candidates Needed: 2 - Start Date: July 14th, 2025 - Location: fully remote; must work in CST time zone. - Computer equipment provided: yes; you will be provided a Mac laptop. Must have experience using a Mac. Contractor 1: dedicated to newspaper-specific deliverables for their healthcare client. 7/14/25 - mid November 2025. Contractor 2: dedicated to local media versioning deliverables for their healthcare client. 7/14/25 - 9/30/25. What makes this role exciting: - You will join an extremely team-oriented and collaborative agency team - Your first 2 weeks will be training, to ensure you are set up for success. Your role is crucial to their client's busy season! - Work with a reputable healthcare client! The ideal candidate: - Mid-level Account / Project Manager with experience in high-volume generating projects, preferably having experience with print production, newspaper, and/or local media versioning experience. An emphasis on high-volume - in 6 to 8 weeks, the team created and routed 1300 files. You must be comfortable with high-volume. - 3 - 5 years' experience in an agency or in-house creative environment. Corporate is also acceptable, provided it comes from a fast-paced, high-volume industry such as retail, healthcare. etc. - Workfront experience is required - Experience working with a variety of platforms at once - i.e. switching between Microsoft Teams, Unity/Pega, MAP, Excel, Smart Sheet, etc. Must have technical aptitude. - Experience using a Mac as this is what they agency uses, and familiar with basic functionality of it (i.e. taking a screenshot on a Mac). - Someone who is comfortable taking feedback, being accountable, and a fast learner. Being highly-detail oriented is crucial to this role. - Client-facing! Primary Responsibilities: - You will work alongside a collaborative group of 3 Account Managers and 3 Project Managers, interfacing with internal teams including media, development, and creative, in addition to their healthcare client. While full integration into every team is not expected, your focus will be on the successful integration of print and newspaper media projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with client expectations. - Participate in daily internal status meetings to align on priorities and resolve issues - Maintain detailed status reports, and participate / lead on weekly client update calls and daily tactical check-ins with the team, to ensure projects are on track and resolve any issues that may arise. - Serve as a liaison between their healthcare client and internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines - Manage a large volume of projects and ensure meticulous attention to detail in file routing, version control and tracker accuracy. - Participate in their robust onboarding process that includes 1 week of training and 1 week of shadowing and dry runs - Provide and receive feedback to continuously improve processes and outcomes In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
