JOB REQUIREMENTS: Provide complete IT support across the state and other locations, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues with minimal downtime. Maintain and administer server infrastructure, including Windows Server with Hyper-V, VMware, and Linux, ensuring security, performance, and data integrity. Manage network infrastructure, including VPN site-to-site connections, for secure and reliable communication across all locations. Install, configure, and maintain various software applications, including SAP B1 ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365CRM, optimizing them for user efficiency and business needs. Successfully lead the migration from a Cloud Suite ERP to SAP B1, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption. Proactively monitor and address 0-day vulnerabilities, implementing security patches and best practices to maintain a secure IT environment. Adjust IT infrastructure to accommodate changing needs of in-office and remote personnel, ensuring continued productivity and collaboration. Develop and implement disaster recovery and backup plans to minimize downtime and data loss in case of emergencies. Document IT processes and procedures for knowledge transfer and consistent service delivery. Assist in Help Desk for every IT problem for all employees of the company. REQUIREMENTS: Applicant must have a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Applicant must have 1 year experience in IT support including troubleshooting, website maintenance, building and deploying computers, servers, Access Points, and security features. Must have in-depth skills in Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware, Linux, Microsoft Exchange Server, Azure, VPN technology, and security protocols. Applicant must have experience working with Python, Java, C++, SQL, Relational Database, and Data Science. Domestic & International travel is required 50%. 40 hours per week, M-F, 9 am 5 pm. Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant must have a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
