Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team in Holland, Ohio. This role involves supporting legal processes by drafting documents, managing e-filing, and assisting with litigation tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and a proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with all aspects of civil litigation, including case preparation and management.

Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

Manage e-filing of legal documents with courts and other entities.

Provide direct support to an attorney, ensuring efficient workflow and case progression.

Conduct legal research to support case strategies and document preparation.

Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible.

Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel as needed to gather information and coordinate schedules.

Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of legal filings and documentation.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless handling of legal matters. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on civil litigation.

Proficiency in drafting legal documents and managing e-filing systems.

Strong organizational skills to handle multiple cases and tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work closely with attorneys and other legal professionals in a team setting.

Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and legal stakeholders.

Familiarity with legal research tools and techniques.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.

Preference for candidates able to work on-site in an office environment.
