Description We are looking for an organized and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Boulder, Colorado. In this contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing administrative tasks and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and directed appropriately.

Manage and operate a multi-line phone system, handling calls professionally and efficiently.

Organize and maintain accurate files and records for easy access and retrieval.

Provide concierge services to support employees and guests with inquiries and requests.

Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring information is correctly documented.

Coordinate scheduling and maintain calendars using Microsoft Outlook.

Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and vendors to address their needs.

Support administrative operations by preparing documents and correspondence using Microsoft Word.

Deliver receptionist duties, including handling mail and managing front desk supplies.

Foster positive interpersonal interactions and build strong relationships within the team. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or similar roles.

Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage concierge-style tasks.

Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.

Ability to organize files and maintain accurate records.
