Description

Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant with QuickBooks experience to support daily operations for a growing organization. This role is perfect for candidates seeking a flexible schedule while maintaining a vital presence in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform essential administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and document management.

Utilize QuickBooks to manage basic bookkeeping functions, such as accounts payable/receivable, processing invoices, and reconciling transactions.

Assist in generating financial reports and tracking budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate communication with vendors, clients, and stakeholders regarding administrative and financial matters.

Organize physical and digital filing systems for invoices, receipts, and business records.

Provide general administrative support to multiple departments to ensure operational efficiency.

Suggest improvements to administrative workflows and processes to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or a similar role.

Proficiency in QuickBooks (required) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial procedures.

High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
