Overview
We're looking for a strategic and passionate Account Supervisor to lead social media efforts for an automotive client. This role is critical in guiding the day-to-day client relationship, driving content excellence, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams to deliver bold, data-driven social strategies and content. The core role of our Social Client Service team is to spearhead the execution of brand directives -- including Tier 1 social media campaigns, vehicle reveals/launches, and always-on organic social media support -- and closely collaborate with other cross-functional teams. Working on social media is exciting, fast-paced, and always-evolving, so we are looking for individuals who are passionate about social and/or automotive and can jump in to make an immediate impact on our day-to-day client work.
Responsibilities
Client Partnership & Strategy
Serve as a primary point of contact for the client's social media initiatives across automotive brands
Lead day-to-day communications through meeting scheduling, feedback trackers, meeting notes, status documents, QA and other topics under account leadership
Review all deliverables for brand & strategic alignment, through all rounds of client feedback
Translate brand goals and business objectives into smart campaign specific strategies
Collaborate with the Strategy, Creative, and Media teams to ensure cohesive, audience-first campaigns
Proactively identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement across social touchpoints
Responsible for preparing and responding to day-to-day client communication/responses on behalf of internal team
Manage smaller day to day client escalations. Ensures exceptional delivery of tactics to form/reinforce client rapport (e.g. partner with Delivery, team follow through, reports, meetings, timelines)
Project & Team Oversight
Manage all social workstreams with clarity, efficiency, and accountability
Oversee timelines, approvals, and deliverables across campaigns and evergreen content
Mentor and lead junior account team members, promoting growth and team excellence
Serve as the connective tissue across strategy, creative, paid media, production, analytics, and community management
Production, Content & Performance Stewardship
Partner with producers and creative teams to ensure content meets brand standards, production timelines, and budget requirements
Ensure content is optimized for platform specifications and usage across paid, organic, and owned channels
Anticipate and troubleshoot production challenges, maintaining agility in a fast-paced environment
Ensure high-quality, on-brand content is delivered for each vehicle nameplate
Partner with analytics and media teams to review performance and optimize future efforts
Provide regular reporting insights to clients, distilling social KPIs into actionable recommendations
Collaboration & Integration
Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, including media, production and global teams
Help guide social activations that integrate with broader brand campaigns and product launches
Qualifications
4-6 years of account management experience in an agency setting (automotive experience a plus)
Proven expertise in managing social media programs for large-scale brands
Exceptional client service skills with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset
Strong understanding of social platform best practices, trends, and analytics (Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Adept at juggling multiple complex projects with meticulous attention to detail
Confident communicator who can lead presentations and cross-functional meetings
Team player with a collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial energy
Familiarity with asset specs, usage rights, and versioning across social platforms

Compensation Range: $49- $63 (annually). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
