Contribute to the communities where we reside. SUMMARY The position of Sales Intern is responsible for supporting our Sales team in various projects and reports. JOB DUTIES Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing PPT or Company Client Customized PPT & Microsoft Teams and Regional Meetings. Internal & External Perform analysis of marketing and sales data for a variety of different market fields, product ranges, molecules and pharma markets: e.g. Brand & Private Label / OTC Market Assist with updating (CRM) Customer Relationship Management System Marketing & Commercial Data Meeting & Visit Reports Compile Monthly Business Sales Report Replenish sample kits for customers, send out samples and update sample room inventory log as needed for all segments Assist in the preparation of trade shows, conferences and other marketing activities. Prepare Samples & Marketing Information Manage sample room stock and marketing material for all segments Prospect and Qualify leads and update maintain activity log Organize, Maintain and or File documentation. DMF Customer Master List - all segments Customer Files Product Specifications Contracts (CDA\'s, Supply Agreement, Quality Agreements) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Rigorous, Energetic, self-motivated and takes initiative Strong organizational skills, can multi-task effectively Detail oriented Excellent...
