Warehouse Associate - Join Our Dynamic Team!

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic? We're looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to become an integral part of our fast-paced warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent role!

Location: Brockton, MA

Shift: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Occasional evenings and weekends may be required)

Pay Rate $22.00

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be essential to our daily operations, including:

Loading, strapping, and securely preparing equipment on pallets for shipment.

Efficiently handling all core warehouse activities:

Picking

Receiving

Put Away

Inventory Management

Scheduling UPS/LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments using third-party platforms.

Troubleshooting problems as they arise to maintain smooth operations.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail .

Exceptional time management skills , with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a growing sales & service business.

Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

A strong work ethic and commitment to quality.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

2+ years of warehouse experience.

Proficiency in computer skills and understanding of Warehouse Operating Systems.

Military background is a plus, but not required.

Must own and wear Steel Toed Shoes .

This is a full-time, temporary assignment with the potential for permanent placement after a successful manager review/interview process.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
