Description

We are looking for a General Office Clerk to join our team in Pedricktown, New Jersey. This is a contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to administrative operations in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate proficiency in office software tools. ***HOURS: 9:30 pm- 6:00 am or 4:00 am-12:30 pm shift

Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative tasks such as organizing files and managing documentation.

Handle data entry duties with accuracy and attention to detail.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors.

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for various office functions, including document creation and email communication.

Coordinate and schedule appointments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Manage shipping functions, including preparing and processing shipments.

Scan and digitize documents for efficient record-keeping.

Support the team with other clerical duties as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative assistance or office clerical roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with basic shipping functions and scheduling processes.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus.
