Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for an Admin Assistant to join our Emergency Room team!

Shift:

40hrs/wk. Day Shift. Per department needs.

The Administrative Assistant to the Nursing Director of the Emergency Department plays a key role in the coordination and completion of various operations and processes in the Emergency Department. These processes

include: patient satisfaction, communication, quality monitoring, scheduling, record keeping, regulatory agency reporting and management of all other related activities. The Administrative Assistant is the major communication liaison with other departments and is instrumental in the efficient operation of the Emergency Department on a daily basis. Flexibility to work as Core Unit Secretary in ED Department, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Graduate or equivalent

1 year experience in a hospital or physician's office desired

·Familiarity with Medical Terminology desired
