Description We are looking for a skilled Treasury Accountant to join our team in Southlake, Texas. In this role, you will oversee the management of company funds, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations. You will play a pivotal role in advising leadership on financial strategies, preparing reports, and maintaining strong banking relationships.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the receipt, banking, and safeguarding of company funds to ensure financial security.

Provide strategic advice to leadership on risk assessments, loans, investments, and liquidity management.

Forecast borrowing needs and prepare detailed financial reports to support decision-making.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research transactions and resolve budget or trend variances.

Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records in compliance with accounting standards.

Support the development of financial strategies to optimize operational costs and capital investments.

Participate in periodic travel to meet organizational needs and build effective networks. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in treasury management.

Strong knowledge of financial techniques and investment strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated experience collaborating across departments and managing vendor relationships.

Proficiency in accounting software systems and banking tools.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and leadership.
