Warehouse Administrator at JIFFY mixes

Our client, JIFFY mixes, located in Chelsea, MI is seeking a Warehouse Administrator! This is a full-time, long-term temporary position starting in early July and running approximately through mid-December. Hours are on day shift, working Monday-Friday from 7am-3pm, with the ability to work overtime and weekends when required.

Location: JIFFY" mixes (Chelsea Milling Company) in downtown Chelsea

Compensation: Starting pay $21.00/hr

What You'll Be Doing:

Data entry of lot codes and product information into a BPCS ERP software program

Monitor warehouse inventory including taking physical inventories

Maintain accurate records

Check in drivers

Answer phones, greet visitors, and distribute product purchased by the public

Assist with recasing product as needed

Other administrative duties (filing, processing paperwork, etc.) as assigned

Here's What You Need To Apply:

High School Diploma/GED

Previous relevant experience, ideally working in a warehouse/logistics environment

Excellent customer service skills, with both internal staff and external customers

Proficiency with computers, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and strong keyboarding/data entry skills

Working knowledge of BPCS ERP systems preferred

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision

Strong work ethic, reliable, and excellent attendance are a MUST including the ability to work overtime and flexible hours as needed

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, including some lifting

Wearing necessary PPE and following food safety guidelines

Successfully pass pre-employment requirements including a drug screen and criminal background check
