You will drive transformation through structured change management, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies across the organization. Specifically, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance supply chain performance, resilience, and agility. This role is responsible for managing complex, end-to-end supply chain programs that span procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and planning. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the automotive sector, a strong understanding of tiered supplier networks, and the ability to lead through change, in a fast-paced, global environment.

What you'll do...
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated supply chain programs aligned with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across procurement, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, IT, and finance, to ensure seamless program execution.
Develop and manage program roadmaps, schedules, KPIs, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder communication plans.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Champion change management, by designing and implementing strategies that support stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption of new processes and systems.
Act as a change agent to foster a culture of agility, innovation, and accountability across the supply chain organization.
Lead digital transformation efforts, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) enhancements, supply chain visibility tools, automation, and data analytics.
Monitor supplier performance and collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure quality, continuity, and risk mitigation.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program progress, risks, and strategic opportunities.
Support activities that contribute to the MP&L Global Industrial System transformation (Tech Modernization, Daily Management, Strategy Deployment, All-hands/Townhalls, Materials Excellence Academy).
You'll have...
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ Years of Experience
Even better, you may have...
Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
Strong understanding of MP&L systems (e.g., SAP S4 HANA, E2Open)
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile)
Strong understanding of MP&L Processes including parts follow up processes
MP&L Plant Operations Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and managing cross-functional projects
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, including S&OP, procurement, logistics, and inventory management

This position is a range of salary grades 6, 7 and 8.
