Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executive schedules, including planning and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.

Provide exceptional customer service by serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.

Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Assist in the development and execution of operational plans to achieve team objectives.

Coordinate and oversee special projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.

Monitor and track progress on key operational initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership.

Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Ensure operational efficiency by identifying and addressing potential process improvements.

Support the team in achieving both short-term and long-term planning goals.

Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Requirements - Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with the ability to create and modify documents and spreadsheets.

Exceptional organizational and planning skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

Experience in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and planning events.

Demonstrated ability to manage special projects and align them with operational objectives.

A high level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
