Pay Range: $22- $32, depending on experience

What You'll Do

Manages and distributes information

Tracks all fusion, line locating, and OQ expiration dates

Answers phones

Manages training calendar

Sends correspondence to Operations Leadership

Supports safety and training staff

Provides general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management

Maintains electronic and paper filing system

Prepares and modifies documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

Schedules and coordinates meetings and conference calls

Maintains Outlook calendar(s) in current and accurate status.

Prepares meeting materials and assists with the development of PowerPoint presentations.

Responsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies training materials and placing orders for replenishment is needed

Performs all other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Have

High School diploma or GED

2 years accounting and/or office administration experience

Proficiency in data entry and typing

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites with advanced knowledge in Excel

Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills

Work Environment

Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment

Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice

Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing

Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments

Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

Legal Stuff

Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens

Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify

Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results

Valid driver's license with clean driving record
