Our client, a dynamic organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a supportive environment, communicating with clients and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Santa Ana, Ca

Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

What's the Job?

Assist clients via email by providing updates on requests and closing out completed tasks.

Coordinate with clients to obtain approvals on costs and ensure timely processing.

Analyze request activities and determine the best approach to achieve completion.

Perform various administrative duties to support office operations.

Utilize Outlook and Microsoft Excel to manage communications and data effectively.

What's Needed?

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent written communication skills for effective client interaction.

Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.

No prior experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential.
